Aberfeldy and surrounds

For a number of years I’ve enjoyed a break at Aberfeldy — at the end of the year or early in the new year. Always been great to experience some cold weather there and do some walks or just enjoy a coffee and a snack alongside a wood-burning stove. There is always the Watermill bookstore and café to visit in Aberfeldy and the Highland Chocolatier to in Grandtully. Nearby towns offer great places to walk and have refreshments. Scenery is great after some snowfall and wildlife is around, albeit a challenge at times.

In 2024 I was very lucky to find and photograph some barn owls.
